This is a talented lady who uses coins to contain and channel her abilities. She falls under the witch category.

Coinciding with the theme of visually levelling up that Outcast Odyssey follows, she can have many different forms of chains and other accessories to hold those coins depending on what level of power she is at, along with subtle changes to her clothing and eyes.

I noticed few artworks of this subject matter seem to have a character that looks brown, as I am, so took that as a starting point and ran with it.
